Honeymoon @ The Maldives - The Water Villa

We are here

The time for relax is the time you don't have time for it. You just do it. Getting to Maldives was a pretty interesting experience. The seaplane experience was exceptional. Definitely quite scary too. Most importantly, we are finally here. At our Water Villa, Furaveri Island Resort & Spa, located in the exotic Raa Atoll in the northern part of the Maldives Atoll.

Water Villa

We have chosen this place mainly because it was recently built, high   rating and the resort designs/layouts and what it offers interest us the most. Definitely meets our Maldivian Honeymoon. With honeymoon compliments; champagne, breakfast in bed, honeymoon decoration and sunset cruise. Free wifi and full board meal plans. They have also daily events like shark feeding, musical night, movie nights and cultural night.

Take a break
Take a Sip

Take a deep breath and just enjoy your life. Love the water villa, isolated away from the main resort building where you have the receptions, restaurants, gyms, spas and etc. It was comfortable and have everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Shark Feeding

Being here is all about relaxing. I took naps everyday because the bed was so comfortable! lol. What interest me is that the resort feeds the black tip reef sharks daily. Probably thats the only way to keep them interested to hang around the resorts reefs. Keeps fishes moving around and not grazing away all marine life, keeping the reef healthy.

Lets Explore the Resort!

To get to the main resort area you got to walk pass a natural setting of tropical forest walk path. Of course, they do provide buggy rides. But. Lets take a walk.
