Quanjude Restaurant #Famous Peking Roast Duck

I have been searching for the best roast duck in Dubai for quite some time. Finally found it. In International City. Down in China Cluster. A very small restaurant with only a few tables. Quite dodgy. Was quite reluctant to go in when i arrived because it does not look convincing. But surprising this Chinese Restaurant is well known for its trandemark Quanjude Peking Roast Duck in Beijing, China. Authentic Chinese Food. Thumbs Up.

Now, this was our second visit here. We had the set menu for two where you get the delicious duck skins with some sugar, roast duck with vegetables and wraps, fish stew and clear soup with duck bones. Must admit the amazing roast duck they have here was delicious. Love the crispy skin of the duck with sugar dips. Well worth the money. Portion was huge.

Location : Quanjude Restaurant
           International City, Dubai
           China Cluster F-08
Rating   : 4.0/5.0

Critics  : Dodgy restaurant. First impression was to avoid. The roast duck wrap was thick. Not the best. Fish stew great but not the best, huge amount of fish, should have just reduce the quantity and increase quality.

Will i be back? 100 Percent Yes!

Haha...wonder how it looks outside when you said is a dodgy restaurant.

I like to eat duck...Peking duck is somehow unusual for me getting to eat but I still love it.

Glad to hear you have found a roast duck restaurant in Dubai that will satisfy your cravings. I have been to Quanjude Restaurant in Beijing once only to eat the famous duck. They give a lot of fish in the fish stew - that's good value. What fish did they use?

Hi Mun! Wow good for you. Hope the one in Beijing was impressive?? ermm actually i am not sure what fish they used. cant figure out. probably the cheaper ones hehe.

Yes it was (2003) when they pour tea from a teapot with a very, very, very long spout. Thanks for your reply about the fish.
