Icy Irvine Icy - Berthillon.

Irvine is in Paris!

One of the best French manufacturer and retailer of luxury ice cream and sorbet that i have ever came across in my life. Along a narrow street in the City of Paris. Rich with flavour, fine texture and icy cold. The company is owned and operated by the Chauvin family, descendants of the eponymous Monsieur Berthillon, who opened the first store in 1954 (wikipedia).

What i can say is that whenever you tasted something with a level of such high quality, you will start to realize what is of good quality. And that's something you get from a retailer like Berthillon.

Of course you do get good ice cream from retailers such as Ben & Jerry's, Haagen-Dazs and one of my favourite Baskin Robins. Ice cream is life!
